APPENDIX A: QUICK TIPS
Context Sensitive Help
Use the context sensitive help whenever you have questions while entering data. Do this by first clicking on the Help button in the open dialog box and then moving the cursor to the item you need information on and clicking a second time. A Help screen will appear providing information about that item.
Guide to Reports
A guide listing the sections that must be completed for each report is available through the Help system. Find it by going to the Help menu and choosing Contents. Then choose the Guide button on the upper right corner of the page.
Help for an Unavailable Report
By clicking on the menu item for an unavailable, "grayed out," report, you will be presented with a Help page listing the sections that must be completed to receive that report.
Interpreting Reports
An interpretation of all reports is available through the Help system. Find it by going to the Help menu and choosing Contents. Then choose the Interpret button on the upper right corner of the page.
Interpreting an Open Report
You can receive an interpretation of an open report by pressing the F1 key.
Quick Table
You can receive a table listing the values represented by a report by pressing the F10 key while the report is open
Tile Reports
You can see all open reports simultaneously by choosing Tile under the Window menu.
Close All Reports
You can close all open reports simultaneously by choosing Close All under the Window menu.
