CHAPTER 3: REPORTS

The only reason to enter information about your ranch is to receive back useful information. Ranch Vision is designed in such a manner as to allow you to receive reports without entering all of the information that Ranch Vision requests for a complete analysis. This provides flexibility and allows quicker feedback with less time and effort supplying information.

In the following pages are listed explanations for each report. Also included are the menu items that must be completed to receive each report. A menu item is completed when you have selected the Done button for all the dialogs in that menu item. Remember that by clicking the menu item for an unavailable, "grayed out," report, you will be presented with a Help page listing the sections that must be completed to receive that report. A guide for all reports is also available to you through the Help system. You can find it by going to the Help menu and choosing Contents. Then choose the Guide button on the upper right corner of the page.
